All of Galana’s coffee comes from the Elevar Coffee Organization located in the Agalta Tropical Region of Honduras.
 
Characteristics of Elevar coffee reflect the tropical Agalta region and include tropical fruit fragrances such as orange, peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit; tropical fruit flavors such as caramel, honey, red apple, cardamom, and apple; a creamy, velvety body with bright acidity and a sweet, prolonged aftertaste.
 
For the best flavor, we recommend whole bean and grinding immediately before preparing the coffee.
