Medium roasted coffee is medium brown in color with more body than light a roast. It has no oil on the bean surface. The medium roast exhibits the distinct flavor of the beans origin. It has a balanaced flavor, aroma and acidity. We use the micro lots of Artruo or Juan for all our medium roast coffee.
